PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Chill Fitness is a program for students from the grades of kindergarten through high school.

We know the importance of students being active and healthy as it will significantly reduce the chances of becoming obese or developing other obesity-related illnesses.

The program is broken into 3 components to help kids become fit and stay healthy:

  1. First component is a dynamic warm up, teaching the kids how to properly warm up and stretch the body perform competition or activity.

  2. Second component is team building games activities to learn how to be a good teammate, have great sportsmanship, and be able to work well with others.

  3. Third component, results:

  • Did the individual become healthier through our program?
  • Did we meet our individual fitness goal and did we have fun doing it and feel more self-confident?

Activities range from:

  • Dynamic warm up

  • Plyometrics
  • Speed and agility
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Sports training
  • Recreation games
  • Team building exercises
